December 11, 2021. The Wine Future 2021 virtual conference, in its third edition, continues to attract the main players in the international wine sector as well as the support of the most relevant organizations.
The OIV (International Organization for Vine and Wine) confirmed last Monday, November 30, that it gives its full support to this international conference as an official sponsor. Apart from this recognition and support, the event will also have the participation of Pau Roca, General Director of this important organization.
Likewise, we are pleased to communicate the agreement to which Chrand Events, organizers of the summit, have reached with Wines of Portugal so that this organization is the main sponsor of the event that will be held from February 23 to 26, 2021 (Expand and See these prestigious exhibitors).
Frederico Falcao, President of Wines of Portugal stated: "It is an honor to be part of this conference and to support the opportunity it gives us to discuss globally the challenges facing the wine industry today and in the future." Apart from these two important international organizations, many others have offered their support to this conference that will bring together, virtually, Wine of Portugal to the presidents, CEOs, CEOs and renowned personalities of the international wine sector to discuss the most appropriate solutions to the challenges facing the global wine industry, especially derived from the COVID-19 pandemic. Likewise, the round tables and individual conferences will also be oriented to detail what the future of the sector will be for the coming years.
Since the event will take place virtually and taking into account the serious economic situation in which most countries on the planet find themselves, the organizers have decided to establish a practically symbolic price of € 65 to participate in the four days of conferences and round tables. “Thanks to the virtual format, we hope to reach a large number of wine professionals from around the world, many of whom might never have been able to afford a plane trip, hotel stay, and conference registrations that used to have prices before the virus very high ”declared Pancho Campo, founder of the conference and co-organizer of the same.
This event, which in its first editions took place in Rioja and Hong Kong, also has a charitable nature since it will try to raise funds to support three NGOs such as: Porto Protocol, SOS Cape Town and North Bay Jobs with Justice. All professionals in the international wine sector who are interested in registering can do so by visiting the website www.winefuture2021.com.
